Hello Friends and Family!

The Marsch and Canals families are excited to be participating in Good Grief's 3rd Annual Princeton Area 5K Run and Walk and we would love to have you join us!  The event takes place on Sunday, May 18th at Mercer County Community College.

This year, we are uniting our former two teams, For Pete’s Sake and Mike and Rosie, into the aptly named Team CommUNITY.  One reason for the name is that Jill and Alex have been teaching at Community Middle School for a combined 40 years!  Even more importantly, we have chosen this name because we are so grateful for our community of family, friends, and colleagues who have shown us incredible support since the losses of Pete and Mike, who we miss dearly.  We will walk to honor and remember Pete and Mike and we will walk in support of all the families in our community who have lost their loved ones as well. 

We are proud to support this amazing organization that has helped hundreds of grieving families all across New Jersey.  So many people, including Jill and Emily, have found comfort, healing, and a sense of belonging through participation in Good Grief's Nights of Support.  We are walking to help raise funds so Good Grief can continue doing the good work they do for grieving families.

We would love for you to join us on May 18th at Mercer County Community College in West Windsor!  There is a 5K Run for those who are up to the challenge or a leisurely 2-mile Walk for those of us who want to take it slow.  Children age 11 and younger can also participate in the 100-meter Kids' Dash.  There is even a virtual 5K for those who are not able to be with us in person.  Would you like to come out and join us?  Then please sign up for our team today!
