The kids and I are excited to be participating in Good Grief's Annual 5K Run and Walk! This event helps us honor and remember Brett, while participating in a community, at a time when isolation and loneliness are all around us. We are joining the event again this year to help raise awareness for all grieving families and to help raise critical funds for Good Grief. Good Grief builds resilience in children, strengthens families, and empowers communities to grow from loss and adversity.
