Ava, Emmy and I are excited to be participating in Good Grief's 2023 5K Run and Walk! This event helps us honor and remember those who we have lost, while creating community at a time when isolation and loneliness are all around us. Good Grief builds resilience in children, strengthens families, and empowers communities to grow from loss and adversity. It has provided a safe space for the girls to make friends with other kids with shared experiences, and feel less alone in their loss.
