This June I will be participating in Good Grief's 5K Run and Walk! This event helps to honor and remember those who we have lost, while coming together to create community and connection. I am excited to contribute to this organization by engaging in another one of my passions, running. I have volunteered with Good Grief in the past and am happy to be able to help raise awareness for grieving families and to raise critical funds for the organization. Good Grief builds resilience in children, strengthens families, and empowers communities to grow from loss and adversity. Good Grief's programming is free of charge to all participants for as long as they need the support.

With every donation you make on my page, Good Grief can ensure their programming remains free of charge to the families who need it the most. Every dollar makes a difference, so please hit the donate button and make a gift today in support of Good Grief and my 5K Run and Walk efforts!

Feel free to join and register today to Run or Walk with me!

Thank you so much!
